Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, absolutely! As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your unique tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer standard shipping at a flat nominal fee of $1.99 or $2.99 depending on the accessory. However, we offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50!

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at admin@apexprimemarkets.com immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped from our fulfillment center, we cannot make any modifications or cancel the shipment.

Why did I receive my products in separate packages?

If you order multiple different workspace items (e.g., a Desk Mat and a Monitor Light Bar), they may occasionally be shipped from different specialized partner fulfillment centers to ensure faster handling. Do not worry—the rest of your items will arrive shortly after!

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

How do I initiate a return or refund?
